Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NekiCircle. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Organization administrators must have authority to register and manage the organization they represent.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Organization Administration

Organization administrators are responsible for the accuracy of organization information, lawful use of member data, and decisions made about memberships, announcements, campaigns, and financial records. Administrators must comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Membership

Membership in an organization requires administrator approval unless otherwise stated. Administrators may approve, reject, remove, block, or reinstate members. Membership does not create employment, partnership, or agency between members, administrators, or Cyber Hill.

Donations and Payments

The app currently supports manual donation flows such as UPI and cash payment recording. Online card and wallet payments are not yet available in production and will be introduced in a future release with updated terms.

Donations are voluntary. NekiCircle does not guarantee tax deductibility. Organizations are responsible for issuing receipts and complying with local fundraising laws.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with service operation. You may not upload harmful, infringing, or misleading content.

Intellectual Property

The NekiCircle app, branding, and software are owned by Cyber Hill or its licensors. Organization administrators retain rights to content they upload and grant us a limited license to host and display that content within the service.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion in the app or through our published web deletion page. Deletion is scheduled seven days after confirmation unless you restore your account by signing in before the deadline. Some transaction records may be retained in anonymized form as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Hill and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
