This Privacy Policy explains how NekiCircle collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information for users, members, and organizations.
NekiCircle ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Cyber Hill. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use the NekiCircle mobile application and related services. By creating an account, you agree to this policy.
Account information: name, email address, phone number, postal address, profile photo, and password stored securely by our authentication provider.
Organization information: organization name, type, description, location, contact details, registration identifiers, logos, and administrator details when you register or manage an organization.
Membership information: membership requests, approval status, and administrative actions taken by organization administrators.
Donation and financial records: donation amounts, dates, payment method references, UPI or cash payment notes, organization association, and confirmation status.
Technical information: app version, device platform, and standard service logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Individual user accounts let you discover organizations, request membership, view approved member content, record manual donations, and manage your profile. We use your email for sign-in, password recovery, and important account notices. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Organization administrators can register and manage an organization profile, review membership requests, publish updates and announcements, manage campaigns, and maintain financial records for their organization. Administrator access is limited to organizations where you hold an approved admin role. Organization data is isolated from other organizations.
Membership is voluntary and subject to organization administrator approval. Administrators may approve, reject, remove, block, or reinstate members according to their organization policies. Membership status determines whether you can access private organization content such as member dashboards, announcements, updates, and finance views enabled for members.
The app supports recording manual donations such as UPI transfers and cash gifts where organizations have configured payment details. Online card and wallet payments are not yet available in production.
Donation records may include donor name, amount, organization, date, reference information, and confirmation status. These records may be retained for accounting, audit, and legal compliance even after account deletion, with personal identity anonymized where required.
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, manage memberships, display organization content to authorized members, process manual donation records, communicate support responses, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
We use Supabase for authentication, database hosting, and file storage. Organization administrators can see membership and donation information for their own organization only. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, organizations, and the integrity of the service.
We retain account and membership data while your account is active. When you request account deletion, your account enters a seven-day grace period before permanent deletion. After permanent deletion, profile information is removed or anonymized.
Donation and accounting records required for legitimate business, tax, or audit purposes may be retained in anonymized form and will no longer identify you personally. Security audit logs may be retained for a limited period to investigate abuse.
You may delete your account from Settings to Delete Account inside the app. You may also submit a deletion request using our account deletion page. After confirmation, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion seven days later.
Sign in before the deadline to restore your account. Organization memberships are suspended during pending deletion and removed on permanent deletion. Memberships removed or blocked by an organization are not automatically restored when you restore your account.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls, and row-level database security to isolate organization data. No system is completely secure. Report suspected vulnerabilities to our support email.
You may update profile information, manage notification preferences where available, request account deletion, and contact us with privacy questions. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the service.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
