How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email address. Follow the link sent to your inbox to set a new password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings to Delete Account. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion in seven days. Sign in before the deadline to restore it. You can also use the web account deletion page if you cannot access the app.
What happens when I delete my account?
Your profile is scheduled for deletion after seven days. You are signed out and lose access to private organization content. Memberships are removed on permanent deletion. Donation records needed for accounting may be kept in anonymized form.
How do I restore a deleted account?
If your account is pending deletion, sign in within seven days. You will see the restore option to reactivate your profile and eligible memberships.
How do memberships work?
Request membership from an organization profile. An administrator must approve your request before you can access member dashboards, announcements, and other private content.
Are online payments available?
Online card and wallet payments are not yet available in production. Manual UPI and cash donation recording is supported where organizations have configured payment details. Online payments are coming soon.
