Delete your account in the app
Open NekiCircle and go to Settings, then choose Delete Account. After confirmation, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion seven days later.

This page explains how NekiCircle account deletion works, how to request it, and how restoration works during the seven-day grace period.
What happens after you request deletion
Your account enters a seven-day grace period. During this period, you are signed out and lose access to private organization content. Organization memberships are suspended while deletion is pending.
How to restore your account
Sign in again within seven days. If your account is still in the grace period, NekiCircle will show the restore option so you can reactivate your account.
Permanent deletion
If you do not restore your account within seven days, your account is permanently deleted or anonymized according to NekiCircle policy. Memberships are removed on permanent deletion.
Donation and accounting records that must be retained for legitimate accounting, tax, audit, or legal reasons may be kept in anonymized form and will no longer identify you personally.
Important notes
Memberships removed or blocked by an organization are not automatically restored if you restore your account. If you need help with a specific organization, contact that organization directly.
Need help with deletion?
- Use the in-app Delete Account flow if you can access your account.
- If you cannot access the app, email support from your registered email address.
- Include the email linked to your NekiCircle account and a short deletion request.
